Who We Are

Pastor Kevin Nangin graduated from Bible College in 2005 and has been in ministry work for over 20 years. His wife, Sarah, grew up on the mission field in South Africa and has been in ministry work all of her life. Pastor Nangin is a vocational pastor, meaning, he does not take a salary from the church. He is a small business owner and gives tithes and offerings to the church as the other members do.

How We Started

The Nangin family and the Shen family started Gospel Light Baptist Church in November of 2015 because there was a great need for conservative, KJV Bible believing churches in Orange County. In fact, the need was so great, Pastor Nangin skipped deputation and stepped out by faith, relying on The Lord Jesus Christ to meet the needs of his family and ministry. The Lord has been ever so faithful to provide both the needs of the pastor’s family as well as the needs of GLBC.
